Southern Mesa | The Brit Update 🇬🇧🛠️

Let’s talk corners. 👇
On this project, we replaced corner trim that had been installed over the siding—leaving gaps that exposed the home to rain, wind, and hail damage.
We used LP’s 1” trim, which is designed to be installed first, with siding fit snugly around it. This method leaves a precise 3/16” gap and creates a much tighter seal that protects against moisture and rot over time.
It’s a small adjustment with a big impact. 👊
