They washed outlet plates and vents. Cleaned up all materials and vacuumed. Reasonably priced, too. Start to finish the team was highly professional.

What a fantastic job the SM team did! The handyman services provided great service and know their expertise. I needed a crack sealed in my house foundation and my basement wall re-plastered. They informed me about moisture accumulating and helped mitigated the problem. They even redid my grading in the front yard and could not be more happier! Thank you also for your job cleanliness! I would come home and not worry about sweeping my house and my porch. Very much recommend.

Southern Mesa has given me great service. Russel and his crew worked diligently to get my kitchen tile done. I have also worked with Sage on some home repairs and been pleased. They are a company of integrity.

We had a garage that was only wallboarded on the walls adjoining the house. We had insulation put in and now needed wallboard to complete it. Southern Mesa did an exceptional job. Austin & Keith worked for 6hrs or more installing the wallboard, taping and mudding. They even marked where various hooks were and reinstalled them at the end. We couldn't be happier with the guys, their work and Southern Mesa. Sage stopped by midway to check on their progress. At last, our garage looks cohesive and will be warmer come winter. We will be calling Southern Mesa to do another project soon.

I will absolutely be calling Southern Mesa again after the great work they did in my house. We had a wall in our master bedroom that the previous owner stuck vinyl flooring planks to...I'm talking construction glued them down. My wife and I wanted to change up the room as some of the planks were bowing and falling off the wall, but when I started taking them off I realized they were ripping the drywall apart, tearing the top layer paper, and leaving a ton of glue residue over the wall. I didn't want to get in over my head so I called around a few places and Southern Mesa was the only one that gave me a fair quote and explained the entire process to me. When the drywall guys came out, they had the entire wall skim coated in a couple hours and textured in 15 minutes the next morning. They did an amazing job and took great care of the room laying drop cloths, wearing booties, and cleaning up after themselves. I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone. Sage, the handyman division lead, was awesome to work with, set clear expectations, replied to every question I had quickly, and was very professional. 10/10 would work with again.

We did a total remodel of our kitchen & main living space to make it a very open concept design. It turned out so well & everything we’d dreamed of & planned was fulfilled & then some! The subcontractors who come in are all vetted & we actually got to meet each of them ahead of time in a planning meeting. It’s these details that make a huge difference & instill confidence in turning your home over for a project. I could go on & on, but suffice it to say that Southern Mesa does excellent work from the initial meeting clear through to the big reveal. Our house is beautiful & the craftsmanship is superior. They care about their work & want it to shine. Perhaps the greatest compliment I can give is that we will have them back for more work. We’re planning Phase 2 of our remodel & we KNOW that there’s no need to look for anyone else. It’s Southern Mesa or bust for us!!

Southern Mesa was an excellent company to work with for the new build out of Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness. A 3,000 sq ft space they were involved with cabinetry, flooring, paint and millwork. Their professionalism, communication and productivity exceed other subcontractors I have worked with. Kyle, Sage and Grant were instrumental in making this project a success. Highly recommend!

Kyle and his guys did an amazing job with transforming our space from black, torn up insulation on the walls to trimmed and painted drywall! They were on top of any changes and additional work I requested. I would use Southern Mesa again for any additional work I would need!

Southern Mesa just completed a complete remodel of two of our bathrooms. We couldn’t be more happier. The quality of work and level of professionalism is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Kyle and his team at Southern Mesa LLC are the real deal!! The do quality, quick, professional work. We wanted to bring our basement from the early 80s to now and they did not disappoint! They tore down walls, built a 6th bedroom for the house. They rerouted plumbing. They fixed and rerouted and added lighting/electrical in too many places to count. They even added a new path to get to our fresh walkout basement. I’ve added some photos of the transformation! (Counter tops are coming in tomorrow and there’s a little painting left to do on the baseboards but I just had to get the word out!) This was an amazing job and we couldn’t be more pleased!!! Would you hire Southern Mesa LLC? I sure hope so. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I was referred to Southern Mesa because they were a full service home repair company. Kyle Cockram is the owner and is very professional and easy to deal with. I’ve had to request a few changes during the project and Kyle was very helpful and ensured that the process was always done right from the beginning to completion of the project.once you’re on the schedule the work is fast and beautifully done. I’ve also had the pleasure to work with Sage one of the construction foremen and it was very pleasant to work with him. Sage is very professional and easy to deal with. Sage was able to install both my storm doors efficiently and quickly. Sage will also be doing my deck repair. Sage and Kyle were able to make suggestions for my deck that will save me a couple thousand dollars on my repair. It’s not everyday that’ll a company will do that. Can’t say enough about Kyle and his crew. Mark, Hunter, Grant, Michael and others did an excellent job on my house. Wood flooring, pergola, front porch concrete, landscaping front and back and lots of other important jobs. The whole process was a pleasure. I always felt informed from the first meeting to the finished product. They were also excellent advocates for any issues with the sub-contractors. Everything came out exactly how I envisioned. I recommended Southern Mesa to my neighbors, friends and family and I will continue to look to them for future renovations. And, my dog loved all of them too.

Southern Mesa did the best job building my Murphy bed. The reviews all said that the holes didn’t line up, that there was a weird gap in the front, and that he drawer would sometimes slide open. Sage and Ben addressed all of these issues and built it better than the instructions. So thankful for their attention to detail and high-quality work!

We worked with Southern Mesa to demo our kitchen counters & install a new backsplash, and they did a fantastic job. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding - they care about the little details and take the time to do things right. What really sets Southern Mesa apart is the communication. We had a group chat with our project manager, Cody, and the owner, Kyle, so we knew what to expect at all times during our project. Cody, Sage, and Ben were an amazing team to work with, and I hope to work with them on many more projects in the future.

Keith and Aistin did s fantastic job on a dirty and difficult project. They needed to work on their knees or back to remove old plywood and insulation then cover the space with new plywood once the new insulation was sprayed on the void. Installed the plywood, caulked the seams, and painted the new wood. Would give them a 10 for a job we'll done. Definitely recommend this company and these techs for all your difficult household repairs.

Southern Mesa was a great general contractor to work with on a recent remodel and addition project I designed. Their team was flexible and willing to work with my clients on unique scheduling and construction sequencing solutions because the home was partially occupied during different times of the project. Southern Mesa was on track and on time with their schedule for construction. The quality of work and attention to detail were both excellent. When it came to change orders requested by the client, they were prompt with clear cost and time estimates and got the clients approval prior to moving ahead. I would definitely recommend Southern Mesa for remodels, additions, and new construction too.

Southern Mesa is a 5 star company! Kyle and Cody took my window replacement project from start to finish with incredible communication and follow through. Even with an issue with the window manufacturer sending an incorrect size and delaying the completion of the project, the communication was outstanding. They had their pulse on every aspect of the project and it’s clear they are customer service oriented. Their attention to detail is superb and I throughly enjoyed working with them and am already looking at a next project because they are that good. Highly recommend!
