Painting Foreman
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Foreman to lead our Paint Team in executing high-quality painting projects. The Painting Foreman will oversee all aspects of on site painting operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, manage personnel, and coordinate with other trades as necessary. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in both interior and exterior painting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of painters and laborers on various painting projects.
- Plan daily/weekly schedule to meet project deadlines and client expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure craftsmanship meets project standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to address project needs and changes
- Order and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment needed for painting projects
- Perform inspections of work sites to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials used, and project expenses for reporting purposes
- Create a positive work environment and foster teamwork among crew members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painting Foreman or similar role in the painting industry
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to read blueprints, follow design plans, and execute project specifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to painting and construction
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of painting experience – references will be contacted
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate:
- $25-$30/hr
